Customer submits a request
A customer enters their pickup location, drop-off point, dates, and vehicle type on the Camel Global customer site. The request is live instantly.

You receive the request
Every verified partner within the customer's chosen radius receives the request. You see full details and decide whether to bid.

You place a bid
Submit your price for the hire. You set the rate — we don't dictate pricing. The customer sees all bids side by side and picks the one that works for them.

Booking confirmed
When the customer accepts your bid, the booking is confirmed instantly. Your partner portal updates. You assign a driver and the job is ready.

Driver delivers and collects
Your driver delivers the car to the customer's location. Fuel levels are recorded at handover and collection to the nearest quarter tank via the driver app.

Payout calculated automatically
When the hire ends, the customer pays only for the fuel used to the nearest quarter tank. You receive: hire price minus commission, plus 100% of the fuel charge.

Pricing & commission
Simple, transparent fees
We charge a commission on the car hire price only. Fuel charges — calculated to the nearest quarter tank of actual usage — pass through to you at 100%. We never take a cut of the fuel.
The starting commission rate is 20% of the hire price, subject to a minimum of €10 per booking. Commission rates can be reduced at Camel's discretion for partners with higher booking volumes — speak to us once you're live.
Your payout for every booking: (Hire price − commission) + fuel charge. Settled automatically and paid directly to your bank account.

Insurance & documents
Your responsibilities on every hire
Every Camel Global booking carries clear insurance and documentation requirements. These are non-negotiable and apply to every hire regardless of length or value.
Insurance
Fully comprehensive cover is mandatory.
Every vehicle delivered through the platform must be covered by fully comprehensive insurance at the time of hire — not a damage waiver or excess-based product. The insurance document must be physically handed to the customer by the driver at the point of collection. The driver confirms this handover in the app, and the customer confirms receipt. Both confirmations are recorded on the booking.
Driving licence
Check the customer's licence before handing over the keys.
If your insurance policy or local regulations require a copy of the customer's driving licence, it is the partner's responsibility to request and retain this at the point of vehicle handover. Your driver should not hand over the vehicle until any required licence documentation has been checked and recorded. Camel Global does not collect or store driving licence data on your behalf.
Eligibility
What you need to apply
A registered car hire business
You must operate as a legal entity — sole trader, S.L., S.A. or equivalent. We verify this during onboarding.
Valid licences and permits
All licences and permits required to operate a car hire business in your jurisdiction must be current and maintained.
Public liability insurance
Minimum €5,000,000 public liability cover required. All vehicles must be fully and comprehensively insured at the time of any hire.
A physical fleet base
You must have a base address from which vehicles can be dispatched. Used to match you with customers in range.
At least one active vehicle
Your fleet must have at least one active, roadworthy vehicle on the platform to start receiving requests.
A VAT or NIF number
Required for commission invoicing. For Spain-based partners, your NIF is mandatory for account activation.
